Meet Rami Hansen
I grew up on a North Dakota farm, where hard work and self-motivation were part of everyday life. I started my real estate career in 2010 and have built my business in Rochester while raising my family here.
More than 600 property sales have given me experience with existing homes, executive properties, lots and new construction. I’m still very hands-on, from walking a home before it goes on the market to talking through plans and allowances. My son Ryker is now learning the business alongside me.

Rochester through a real estate lens
After hundreds of transactions, you start seeing Rochester differently. Floor plans, lot placement, nearby development and access to downtown can change how a property works for you. I help you weigh those details against your daily life and future plans.
Much of my work is in Southwest Rochester, including Scenic Oaks and Scenic Oaks West, Preserve of Mayowood, Millie Meadow Estates, Lilly Farm, Fox Hill and Boulder Creek. These are areas where I help clients evaluate existing homes, new construction and lot choices.
We look at the specific property: privacy, views, yard maintenance, home layout and what surrounds the lot. For villas or association-managed homes, we also review what the association covers and the ongoing cost.
A Mayo Clinic move, a desire for downtown access or a search for more space can lead to very different home choices. I help you compare established neighborhoods, newer construction, villas and condos, or acreage beyond the city. We consider commute routes, maintenance and the kind of home that fits your routine.
